Welcome aboard friends.
Personal Info:
My name is Ghetia Baiju. I belong to a city called Rajkot
situated in Gujarat, India. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Technology as a
Mechanical Engineer. I completed my graduation in the year 2019. Then I joined
the automobile parts' manufacturing company as a Quality Engineer. I joined as
a fresher with a very narrow range of knowledge. As you all know there is very
little scope in this field without specific knowledge and experience. So, I
couldn't get enough salary to sustain in this modern world, but I managed
somehow and the days were running.
Self Improvement and how I came up with the idea of becoming
a blogger:
I never tried anything out of the box. I was spending my life
being a bore. Then everything changed, one day I was watching some amazing
videos on YouTube. Then I found a video showing techniques to earn money at
home with less effort and investment. I started watching it. There were several
ideas of earning and one of them was about Blogging. I liked that idea and I
did a little research on it. I was aware of blogging but to know about it
in-depth and the mechanism works behind the blogging market, I took an online
course on blogging. I got more interest in it. I asked my friends and took some
suggestions regarding writing blogs. They helped me in respective manners and
encouraged me a lot.
Selection of Niche:
Now the main question rose, what niche should be perfect for
blogging? I again opened Google and started to search for some amazing niche
topics for blogs. There I found in one site, it was suggesting that you should
select a topic you are interested in. I gave a second of thought to that
suggestion. Then I made a list of my interests and hobbies. I narrowed it down
to be more specific, trending, and useful in the future. I must tell you they
all were so special to me. So I chose the very most special and one I have
always dreamt of - The Hotel Business.
My dream:
When I was 18 years old, since then I have always dreamt to
start a hotel business. Let me tell you how I came to this idea. One day when I
was in first year of my diploma, I went to a hotel for dinner with my family.
That was a wonderful hotel, well decorated and everything was very well
arranged. The garden front of the hotel was so beautifully decorated that it
took my heart away. Then we entered the hall. We ordered food. The food was
delicious. I know you would be thinking of how perfect a scenario that I
enjoyed. But here the worst but real part comes up. Everything was so perfect
but one thing which was the worse and it was the Service. The service offered
by hotel staff was worse than we can ever expect. Delays in taking order,
providing pre-meal stuff like water, snacks, no welcome juice, even there was
not a single glass to take water. The ordered food came so late that once we
thought to leave the hotel. The staff members were not looking interested and
also lack of enthusiasm could be seen in their behavior. After leaving the
hotel I was kept thinking of the event. Then I thought about how they could be
so irresponsible and immature to treat their customers like that. Then I found
it wasn't their fault. The management and the atmosphere for hotel workers were
not good. Anyone could behave like that in that kind of atmosphere. So I forgot
it. And suddenly one day this idea came to my mind about starting a hotel
business where I can serve customers not just with my food or accommodation but
also with my high level of customer service. And I started looking out for such
opportunities where I can get even a little bit of information about hotel
management. And after many of years spending on collecting information about
it, when this blog writing idea entered my mind, I picked hotel business as my
niche.
Future blogs:
Here I am going to share my knowledge about hotel management
and hotel business work in India. This would help all the people out there
looking for career opportunities in hotel management, even people looking for
good places to visit for food nearby or accommodation during traveling. The main
aim behind this is to share as much as knowledge I have in this field and to
empower others with this knowledge too. I want to reach to everyone’s heart
with my style of expression and information I am going to share. This topic can
be boredom for some people but you don't have to worry, because I am going to
take you all on this journey with me where you all can get knowledge by doing
fun altogether. I am an engineer working for some organization where discipline
and diligence are must but here I am going to give you some amazing knowledge
in my special style.
